COMANDANTE CIGAR-FACEOBJECTIVE Destroy all rival nations by reducing their population to zero. The last leader standing wins.
YOUR TURN Each round you choose exactly one action — fire a missile, launch a bomber, run propaganda, activate a defense shield, or spend the turn building up your arsenal.
TARGETS Click any enemy portrait on the map, use the TARGET panel, or click a leader card to lock on. The selected target glows red. Only living leaders can be targeted.
POPULATION Each nation starts with cities shown on the map. Strikes reduce city populations. Eliminate all of a leader's cities to knock them out of the game.
WINNING Be the last leader with any population remaining. Eliminated players stay on the map as ruins — their ghost haunts you.
Select a warhead from the WARHEAD panel, lock onto a target, then hit LAUNCH. Missiles travel an arc across the map and explode on impact.
NOTE Missiles can be intercepted by an active defense shield. If your target has charges loaded, your warhead may be neutralized before impact.
Choose a bomber from the BOMBER panel, select your target, and scramble. Bombers fly a slower arc but deliver massive area damage on arrival.
NOTE Like missiles, bombers can be intercepted by a loaded defense shield. Time your strikes when enemies have spent their charges.
Propaganda lets you steal population from a rival without firing a single shot. Select an enemy from the PROP panel and broadcast.
SUCCESS (85%) You steal 2–10 million citizens from the target and absorb them into your own population. You also repair one of your own destroyed buildings — the people rebuild!
BACKFIRE (15%) The propaganda turns against you. You lose 1–6 million of your own citizens. Your message was too unbelievable even for your own people.
STRATEGY Propaganda is silent and doesn't trigger defenses. Use it to weaken a heavily shielded enemy without burning your missile stockpile. It also snowballs — growing your population while shrinking theirs.
Spend your turn activating a shield to intercept the next incoming attack. Shields are pre-built using the BUILD panel.
HOW IT WORKS When a shield is active and an attack lands, one charge is consumed and the hit is fully neutralized — no damage, no population loss, no building destruction.
STRATEGY Shields are reactive — you must activate them before the attack arrives. Watch the battle log for incoming threats and pre-load your shield when you expect a strike.
Instead of attacking, spend your turn building up your arsenal. Open the BUILD panel, choose what to construct, then hit the action button.
MISSILES Build any of the four warheads. Each costs population — your people are conscripted to produce the weapon. Stock up before a major offensive.
BOMBERS Construct strike craft for your fleet. Bombers cost more population but deliver greater destruction per launch.
DEFENSE Build shield charges for the HOA Force Field or Tupperware Lid. You must have charges in stock before you can activate either shield system.
COST Everything costs population. Building too aggressively shrinks your own nation — balance offense with keeping enough citizens alive to sustain your war machine.
Spend your first 1–2 turns building missiles before attacking. Launching with an empty stockpile wastes your turn.
Don't waste a Buster Berry on a fully shielded enemy. Wait for their shield to expire or drain it with a cheap De Classified first.
Propaganda is free in terms of weapons and can't be shielded. Against a heavily fortified leader, it's often your best option.
It's better to eliminate one player completely than to chip away at all of them. Fewer enemies means fewer incoming attacks on you.
Every build costs population. If you build too much, you risk being eliminated by a weak attack. Keep at least a few cities healthy.
Attacks land on the target nation's cities. If their cities are already low, even a small De Classified can wipe them out completely.
The Tupperware Lid needs 3 stored defense charges. Build them up over multiple turns before activating — it's worth the investment if multiple enemies are gunning for you.
In party mode, every player makes their move on their own device. The host screen shows all players and watches the action unfold live on the map.
